How can I check a flight’s status?
What types of parking are offered and at what rates?
Visitors can choose from short term parking or long term parking. Parking rates
are available under the ‘travel resources’ tab. Reservations are not necessary and are not accepted.
What time does the airport open?
The Greater Binghamton Airport opens at 4:30 A.M. every day.
What are rules for calling taxis or picking up passengers?
The phone board located by the baggage claim carousel offers number to local cab companies and these are a free call. Occasionally there are taxi’s waiting in the taxi lane in front of the terminal but if you know you will need one you may want to call ahead to arrange to have one waiting. You can locate all the taxi companies that serve the airport here.
The airport curbside is for active loading and unloading only, any cars left unattended may be ticketed or towed.
Are there any accommodations for special needs passengers?
Handicapped spaces are available in all BGM parking lots and all public areas of the terminal can be reached using elevators and ramps. Wheelchairs are available from your airline inside the terminal building and can be requested over the phone or at the ticket counter. Airline contact information can be found here

The airport has a conference room on the first floor which can be used for free. Please call (607)763-4471 extension 218 to schedule ahead.

Who do I contact regarding lost or missing luggage?
Each airline handles their own missing or delayed baggage. The best course of action is to contact the airline
that you flew in on to see if your luggage has arrived yet.
How can I reach a specific airline?
How early should I arrive for my flight?
Passengers should check in with the airline counter agent at least an hour ahead for domestic flights and at least ninety minutes ahead for international flights. Late check-ins may result in a passenger missing their flight.
Where can I obtain ground transportation?
Ground transportation can be arranged through Avis, Hertz, and Budget Car Rentals as well as authorized Greater Binghamton taxicabs. Contact information is available in the Ground Transportation

What Documentation is required for Minors without a valid form of ID?
Minors may travel domestically without an ID; however minors traveling internationally must have a valid passport.
Can I fly with a pet?
