Hangar and Office Space

Located in the Southern Tier of New York, BGM is close to NYC without the costs. Our County owned and operated FBO is equipped with brand new fuel trucks, tugs, and other new ground handling equipment.

BGM Aviation Services - Main Ramp

BGM Aviation Services is now located on the Main Ramp on the West side of the Terminal Building. This new FBO space is equipped with a Pilot’s lounge, private bathroom and shower, kitchenette, pilot planning room, and multiple conference rooms. Our kitchenette is stocked with snacks, water, ice, and a new automatic espresso beverage maker. A new General Aviation Ramp has been create to host tenants and transient aircrafts alike.

The terminal building has multiple office spaces for lease from 400 square feet to 1000 square feet depending on your needs.

Hangar 1 - North Ramp

Hangar 1 is located on the North Ramp, adjacent to the Avgas 100LL self-serve fuel farm. Hangar 1 has a common area kitchenette, bathrooms with showers, washer/dryer, multiple offices, and workshops.

Hangar 2 - West Ramp

Hangar 2 is located on the West Ramp of the Airport. A large hangar space is available as well as office space. This building was once used for aircraft repairs and parts manufacturing. Therefore it is equipped with multiple offices, workshops, parts rooms, paint room, and more. Great for a mechanics shop, charter operation, or pilot office space.

Hangar 3 - West Ramp

Located on the West Ramp, Hangar 3 is the secondary FBO space, primarily functioning for tenants. The building is equipped with offices, bathrooms, a shower, conference rooms, and a large common space.
